Answer for: November 9th Sinus rhythm. Heart rate 135. QRS axis +160 PR 120ms. QRS 60ms. QT/QTc 280/420 Right atrial hypertrophy, probable Left atrial hypertrophy Right ventricular hypertrophy Deep q wave V5-6 suggests LVH Abnormal repolarization with ST elevation in inferolateral leads indicating myocardial compromise.

Comment: November 9th 2006 This young infant has a large cerebral AVM resulting in biventricular overload and cardiac failure.
