Answer for: October 5th Sinus rhythm with ventricular ectopic. Heart rate 80. QRS axis +90 PR 160ms. QRS 90ms. QT/QTc 360/430 Left ventricular hypertrophy

Comment: October 5th 2006 This boy had aortic stenosis and underwent a balloon valvuloplasty which resulted in aortic incompetance. His residual aortic stenosis and aortic incompetance have resulted in LVH from both pressure and volume overload
