PR 130ms. QRS 90ms. QT/QTc 340/414
Left axis deviation
qR pattern 1 and AVL. Deep q wave AVL
Abnormal repolarisation: ST elevation in inferior leads and ST depression in lateral leads
T wave inversion to V4
Imp: Anomalous origin of LCA from pulmonary artery

Comment: January 4th 2007
This ECG is typical of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from pulmonary artery. The pattern is similar to that of anterior myocardial infarction in the adult. This child had huge coronary vessels with extensive run-off. His LCA was successfully reimplanted.
