Marked right atrial hypertrophy
Right ventricular hypertrophy

Comment: November 2nd 2006
This child was found to have severe pulmonary hypertension with endocardial fibrosis which extended into the myocardium His lungs and pleura are similarily affected. The aetiology at this time is unknown.
