PR 160ms. QRS 110ms. QT/QTc 340/420
Possible left atrial hypertrophy
Left ventricular hypertrophy
Abnormal repolarization with ST elevation and large T wave voltage.

In the early stages, ECG changes of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are often more obvious than echocardiographic.
This girl's ECG shows LVH with significant ST/T waves changes. Her echocardiogram showed a structurally normal heart with mild to moderate hypertrophy of her left ventricular myocardium
