This girl was born with Tricuspid Atresia and underwent a classic Fontan procedure at 3 years of age.
She has a relatively slow, low right atrial rhythm but has not yet developed any atrial arrhythmias which are common following this procedure.
Despite the low voltages in the left lateral leads, she has a normal sized left ventricle with good contractility.
