Wide complex QRS with RBBB morphology

Comment: August 20th 2002
This young man is several years post tricuspid valve plication for severe Ebsteins anomaly.
Clinically he has severe tricuspid stenosis and incompetance with poor right ventricular function.
Cardiac transplantation has been recommended however the patient does not wish to consider this option.
