Answer for: October 19th
Sinus tachycardia. Heart rate 160. QRS axis +160
PR 80ms. QRS 80ms. QT/QTc 280/460
Right atrial hypertrophy
Right ventricular hypertrophy
Abnormal repolarisation with ST depression and T wave inversion in all leads
Imp: RAH, RVH, Myocardial Ischaemia

Comment: October 19th 2006
The right atrial and right ventricular hypertrophy in this cyanotic neonate indicate RV outflow obstruction, either critical pulmonic stenosis or pulmonary atresia. The ST/T wave changes indicating myocardial ischaemia suggest that it is the latter associated with RV sinusoids.
