PR 150ms. QRS 80ms. QT/QTc 260/380
Sinus tachycardia
Low voltage with abnormal repolarisation

Comment: November 16th 2006
This child had myocarditis, thought to be due to Kawasaki's Disease, which resulted resulting in a dilated cardiomyopathy.
She was treated with IVIG and gradually improved
