Answer for: December 14th
5 beats tachycardia, QRS rate 130 followed by sudden slowing to QRS rate 72.
QRS axis +150. PR 200ms. QRS 110ms. QT/QTc 400/438
Right axis deviation
Marked right atrial hypertrophy
Right bundle branch block with large T waves
Imp: Sinus tachycardia with exercise induced 2:1 AV block

Comment: December 14th 2006
In the first 5 beats of this tracing the p wave is buried in the preceding T wave. With the development of 2:1 AV block it is easy to identify the p wave immediately preceding the QRS. The blocked p wave is again hidden in the T wave of the previous QRS.
